VICTORIA, BC – Team NPP has released several pictures of the brand new #81 Super Late Models.  The cars were ordered in late 2025 from Port City Race Cars in North Carolina.  Brandon Carlson and Darrell Midgley will pilot these brand new machines.  Both cars tested at South Sound Speedway in Rochester, Washington on May 6th.

Additional testing will take place at Saratoga Speedway where the two new race cars will make their competitive debut next month.  The inaugural Kennedy Classic takes place June 12th and 13th at the Black Creek, British Columbia facility. This event is named in honor of Dwight Kennedy, current race team owner and longtime supporter/sponsor of motorsports at the grass roots and professional levels in both Canada and many parts of the United States. 

Registration for the $10,000US to win Kennedy Classic is now open.  The Northwest Super Late Model Series is sanctioning this race marking the first-time the series has sanctioned a race event in Canada.
