ROCHESTER, WA – The Northwest Super Late Model Series touched down at South Sound Speedway Saturday night.  Team NPP’s Brandon Carlson finished 2nd in the Weatherguard Roofing/Kennedy Classic 200.  Earlier in the day Carlson qualified 6th out of 19 registered entrants.  “We were the second car out for qualifying,” explains Carlson, “the track wasn’t quite…
