SUDDENLY SKAGIT
ALGER, WA – In a last-minute schedule tweak, Team NPP’s Lane Zerbin has added several Skagit Speedway appearances for the 2026 race season. Zerbin’s first appearance is this Saturday night (April 25th) at the Skagit Speedway 2026 season opener. Despite its close proximity from home (about 3-hours away), the Victoria, British Columbia driver has only visited the Alger, Washington track a total of 9-times since 2015. In comparison, Zerbin has 48-visits to Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, Washington. Zerbin has 6 top-5 finishes at Skagit Speedway in his Northern Provincial Pipelines/Alien Race Cars #81 IMCA Modified. His best finish was 2nd on April 20th, 2019. Zerbin last competed at Skagit Speedway on May 20th, 2024. It was not a memorable race. He was involved in a two-car crash on lap-two of the Feature and was credited with a 19th place finish. Skagit Speedway gates open at 5:00pm with racing starting at 7:00pm (local time).
