TENTATIVE 09 RACE SCHEDULE ADJUSTED
EDMONTON, AB – As expected the 2009 tentative schedule has been tweaked. Changes have been highlighted. Several race dates have now been adjusted due to availability and non-availability. Edmonton’s Castrol Raceway, for example, is moving a majority of its race nights to select Friday’s. A potential ground breaking motorsport event for Canada is tentatively set for September 26th and 26th forcing Castrol Raceway officials to move up the Season Championship date to September 19th. Bridge County Raceway in Lethbridge will be racing on most Saturday nights in 2009. Drumheller will be operational in 2009 as will Rapid Fire Motorsports Park in Drayton Valley. Rocky Mountain Raceway Park near Okotoks will be racing on Saturday nights this season. The Northern Provincial Pipelines Late Model Series proudly celebrates its 9th consecutive season of racing action in 2009.
