EDMONTON, AB – The makeover of the Northern Provincial Pipelines Late Model Series website is almost complete. “The changes actually started back in January,” says NPP Series announcer Gord Craig, “race fans and NPP race teams will see more content, more pictures and more videos once the transformation is finished at the end of this month.” The driver profile pages were the first to undergo the makeover. “Videos profiles of all the drivers will be new on the website this year,” says Craig, “they will be added once we get into the race season.” The NPP home page will feature the most changes. “The home page will see more stats. You’ll automatically see who the top drivers in the standings are and who won the most recent races without having to click all over the website.”

This final adjustment to the website is expected to be completed by the end of the month. “Since its launch in 2007, the website has been a huge plus for the Series. We are seeing continued growth in the number of people visiting the site even during the off-season.” The npp-racing.com website saw an average of just over 6,100 page views a month in 2008. A number which is expected to grow as the May 2nd start of the 2009 season draws closer.
