EDMONTON, AB  – Upon video review, the fourth place finish given to Lethbridge Alberta’s Sean Moskal Sunday night has been taken away.  “Awarding the #01 car a fourth place clearly was an error,” says NPP Series announcer Gord Craig, “it should have been caught at the track Sunday night but it wasn’t.”  After the long holiday weekend, NPP officials received several phone calls from teams questioning the finishing order of Sunday nights Feature at Rocky Mountain Raceway Park.  “From time to time there are inquiries as to how the results are determined,” adds Craig, “we do have one camera that record’s the races.  In the event of disputed results, the video of the race will be analyzed.  In this case it was a pretty glaring error.”  The #01 car spun on the final lap of the Feature and was not with the lead pack when it crossed the finish line.  Saturday nights Feature results have been adjusted.  NPP Late Model Series points have been adjusted as well.
