2019 YEAR IN REVIEW
EDSON, AB – The 2019 race season was a wild roller coaster ride for all Team NPP drivers. The Team NPP Late Model, Super Late Models and Modified saw 46 on-track appearances in Canada and the United States this past season. In those appearances, Team NPP competed hard and registered a total of 19 Top-10’s and 10 Top-5’s. On the other end of the spectrum, Team NPP had a total of 11 events where they did not finish due to parts failures or on-track ‘incidents’. Overall, Team NPP as a group saw an average finish of 11.9 in 2019. Darrell Midgley, Brandon Carlson, Jason Frost and Dave Smith flew the Team Northern Provincial Pipelines flag on the pavement. Lane Zerbin was the lone Team NPP driver on the ‘dirt’ in 2019.

TEAM NPP #81c SUPER LATE MODEL
NOTE: Dave Smith damaged his primary Shockwave Seats #5 Dodge in a practice crash at Tucson Speedway back in March. Team NPP brought out the back-up car so the rookie Super Late Model driver and veteran Road Course competitor could go racing. Smith drove the NPP/Alien Race Cars #81c to a 12th place finish.
